We have full service capabilities including mold making and repairing, and a comprehensive mold management and mold maintenance program.

Offering full mold design and breakdown services, our advanced facility is equipped with automated, three axis, VMC centers and sinker EDM's. we can generate the models for you – we will generate a complete 3D tool design and using CNC 3-axis machining, wire EDM technology, and the skills of our experienced mold makers to ultimately meet your mold build and specified surface finish requirements using such applications as Mold-Tech texture or a high polish SPI type of requirement – Ex mould will deliver you the mold that meets your needs.

We also possess a dedicated grinding shop that can make and fix molds measuring up to 32X60X43 inches, and weighing up to 12,000 pounds. And, with our advanced tooling capabilities, we can manufacture both assembly and welding fixtures.

Our advanced injection mold tooling design, manufacturing, and repair services encompass a variety of capabilities, such as 2D or 3D CAD modeling, prototyping, inspection, design and engineering. We also offer full technical support and comprehensive tool history documentation, available upon request.

Both shifts of our Tool Department are well adapted to the rigorous demands of tight tolerances and short lead-times, whether your need is for prototypes or high volume production tooling.
